First Training Class

Max’s first training class was… unforgettable.

He was still a playful pup, full of boundless energy and a very selective sense of hearing. We walked into the class full of hope — leash in one hand, treats in the other. Max, however, had his own plans.

While the other dogs sat obediently next to their humans, Max decided to introduce himself to everyone — humans and dogs alike — with tail wags, licks, and enthusiastic zoomies. “Sit” turned into “sprint,” and “stay” became “steal someone else’s treat bag.”

But somewhere between the chaos and comedy, something clicked. By the end of the session, Max proudly sat on command (after about four tries), and we clapped like he’d won an Olympic medal.
